Gotchas
Section titled “Gotchas”- Positioning is not a tagline — a positioning statement targets a customer, frames a competitive alternative, and names a unique benefit. Slogans masquerading as positioning waste a workshop.
- ICPs go stale fast for mobile games — re-validate each major content drop or LiveOps shift; your ICP from soft launch is rarely your ICP at scale.
- GTM checklists hide the real risk — if you can’t name what would make the launch fail, your GTM plan is a status report, not a strategy.
