How to invoke
Section titled “How to invoke”/t1k:marketing:iaa:ad-revenue-analyticsAd Revenue Analytics
Section titled “Ad Revenue Analytics”Ad Revenue Analytics helps monetization analysts and PMs build the KPI framework for tracking, diagnosing, and improving in-app advertising revenue. ARPDAU-ads, eCPM by format and network, fill rate, viewability, and completion rate all have distinct drivers — this skill provides the definitions, benchmark ranges, anomaly detection patterns, and dashboard structure to monitor them. It is used when setting up a new reporting stack, diagnosing an eCPM drop, or communicating ad revenue health to stakeholders.
When to Use
Section titled “When to Use”- Setting up the ad revenue reporting dashboard for a game that just launched monetization
- Diagnosing an ARPDAU-ads drop that could be caused by fill rate, eCPM floor, or viewability issues
- Building the weekly ad-revenue review report for the monetization team and leadership
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”This skill resolves what KPIs to track, how to define them consistently, and how to interpret anomalies in ad revenue data. It is used by monetization analysts and PMs. It supports decisions about which metrics to put in the weekly review, how to attribute eCPM changes to network vs format vs frequency causes, and what thresholds trigger an escalation. It does NOT cover mediation network configuration or frequency cap changes — those belong to mediation-waterfall-strategy and frequency-capping.
Status
Section titled “Status”Stub — deepen iteratively via /t1k:sync-back as real usage drives priority. Priority sources for when deepening: brainstorm KPI taxonomy, eCPM anomaly decision tree, fill-rate benchmark table.
